Add accessories
To add an accessory to the Home app, use your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You can't add accessories to the Home app on Mac. Before you set up your accessory, check these things first:
- Make sure that it's powered on and nearby.
- Check your accessory’s manual to see if it needs additional hardware to work with HomeKit.

If you can't add an accessory

Exporting to Xcode
To export your app go to File > Export. A dialogue will open to export your appdoo project. An Xcode project will be created.
Running the simulator
The simulator can be launched through Xcode. Open Xcode, got to File > Open Project. Navigate to the directory where you exported your appdoo project to, and open the .xcodeproj file. This will open your project. To run your project go to Product > Run in the menu
The simulator will open and run your app.
